Conditions for Returns:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• All products must be in their original, unused condition, free from any odours or perfumes.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Hair Extensions:

Care instructions are provided with every hair extension order to ensure proper use and satisfaction. Please note:

• Once the hair has been removed from its original packaging, tags have been removed, or the hair has been installed, we cannot verify the product's authenticity or condition. Therefore, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted after installation or removal from packaging.
